The Vision:

A space for culture. A platform for artists.

A catalyst for community.

● Our Mission & Philosophy

Our Principles

Artists at the Center

Roho is a platform and a consolidated voice for artists of color in the Twin Cities, built to serve the people making the work first.

Sustainable Over Starving

We open doors through exhibit opportunities, a retail marketplace, and workshops and conferences, so creative practice can grow into a real livelihood.

Advocacy as Responsibility

We take it upon ourselves to educate our communities on the value of the arts and to advocate for artists, locally and nationally.

Healing By Making

Art is how we gather, grieve, and heal together, from canvas set up in the street to murals across the city.

● Our Story

What We’re Building

The Roho Collective Gallery & Cultural Arts Center will function as a living ecosystem for artists.

It will feature rotating exhibitions by local and national artists of color, retail opportunities that create direct income for creatives, professional development and programming, and a shared community space available to partner organizations for culturally rooted events.

Unlike traditional galleries, this space is intentionally built to bridge access, visibility, and economic opportunity, all under one roof.
